Marion’s Chicken Wings

Dip chicken wings in mix of:

1 beaten egg

1Tablespoon water

1 Teaspoon oil

Then dip in corn starch.  Brown in hot fat and put in foil lined pans.

Sauce:

¼ cup ketchup

¼ cup vinegar

¼ cup water

1 Tablespoon soy sauce

¾ cup sugar.

Heat this till sugar is dissolved. 

Pour this over wings and bake 60 minutes at 350 degrees. 

Serve with rice.  You can use all pieces of chicken.
