Lunch Meat Salami

2 pounds hamburger or (deer and pork)

1 cup water

2 Tablespoons Tenderquick Morton Salt

1 teaspoon garlic salt

¾ teaspoon pepper

2 teaspoon liquid smoke

Mix together.  Divide in 3 portions.  Roll in foil with shiny side in.  Refrigerate 24 hours.

  Prick holes in bottom of foil.  Place on rack in a baking pan and bake 1 ½ hours at 350 degrees. 

Celery salt can be used in place of garlic salt.
