Caramel Fruit Dip

 

1/4 c. sugar

3/4 c. packed light brown sugar

1 tsp. pure vanilla extract

8 oz. cream cheese, softened

Fresh fruit for dipping

Put sugars, vanilla and cream cheese in blender or food processor and blend until smooth.

Serve with a colorful assortment of seasonal fruit such as apple slices, pear slices and strawberries. Makes 1 1/4 cups

 

Caramel Sauce

 

Unopened can of sweetened condensed milk + 3 hours on low (completely submerged in water) in the crock pot + cool down in the fridge = Caramel!
