Bread and Butter Pickles in the Microwave

 5 cups of sliced cucumbers

 1 small onion sliced

 1/2 cup of vinegar

 3/4 cup of sugar

 1/2 to 1 tsp each of celery seed and mustard seed.

 1 tsp of salt.

 Put all in a large microwave safe glass bowl. Microwave 3 minutes. Stir. Microwave  another 4 minutes or until tender/crisp. Put in 1 quart canning jar and refrigerate
