Pop Overs

2 eggs
1/2 tsp salt
1 C milk
1 C flour

Break eggs into bowl and salt.  Add milk and flour.  Mix well with spoon disregarding lumps.  Put in well-greased muffin tins, 3/4 full.  Put in cold oven, set control at 450 degrees and bake 30 minutes.  Do not peek during baking.  Serve hot with butter and if you like jelly or jam.  Makes 8 or 9.
