Pineapple Soufflé Recipe

 

1 stick butter, softened

3/4 c. sugar

4 eggs

1 20 ounce can crushed pineapple, drained

5 slices bread, cubed

 

Cream butter and sugar. Add eggs and beat well. Stir in pineapple, then bread cubes. Bake in a 1 1/2 quart casserole dish at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
