Lemon Cake Dessert

1 Lemon supreme cake mix

1 (6oz) can frozen lemonade concentrate, thawed

1 (14 oz) can sweetened condensed milk

 1 (8oz) container frozen whipped topping, thawed

3 drops yellow food coloring (optional)

Mix up cake as directed on box,  put in 9x 13” pan and bake 29-30 minutes.  Let cool.    Frosting:  Mix together the thawed lemonade concentrate, the condensed milk, whipped topping and food coloring.  Spread on top of cooled cake.  Cut in squares to serve.  Garnish with mint leaves or a thin slice of fresh lemon.  (Cut a slit in the slice of lemon and give it a twist and put on each square).
