KING RANCH CHICKEN

 

 

2 C. chicken (or chunks of chicken breast)

 

6 oz. tortilla chips, broken or crushed

3/4 C.onion, diced

1/2 C.green pepper, diced

1 t. chili powder

1 C. milk

1 can cream of mushroom soup

1 can cream of chicken soup

1 can Rotel (partially drained)

8 ounces sliced mushrooms

8 ounces  shredded cheddar cheese

 

Put crushed tortillas chips in 2 qt. casserole or 9 X 13 pan.

Add chicken to the dish covering the chips. Blend all the other ingredients except the cheese.

Pour over the chicken and tortillas, then top with the cheese. Bake @350 degrees for 40 minutes.
