Frosted Cauliflower

1 medium head cauliflower

2 Tablespoons water

1/4 cup mayonnaise or salad dressing

1/4 cup sour cream

1/2 teaspoon salt (or garlic salt)

1 teaspoon prepared mustard

1/2 cup grated cheddar cheese

Cut off leaves of cauliflower but leave the head whole.

Cut a cone-shaped section from center core for more even cooking.

Place cauliflower stem-side down in large casserole. Add water.

Cover and microwave on high for 8-10 minutes. (It should be just tender).

Allow to stand for about 5 minutes.

Combine mayo, sour cream, salt and mustard.

Place head of cauliflower on large serving plate and spread with sauce.

Sprinkle with cheese.

Microwave 1 minute or until sauce is hot and cheese is melted.
