Chocolate Syrup

Found a great recipe for chocolate syrup. I will never buy chocolate syrup again. It's great to make chocolate milk.

2 cups sugar

1/2 to 3/4 cup cocoa

1 cup water

1/8 tea salt

1/2 tea vanilla

Heat cocoa , water, and sugar over medium heat.

Bring mixture to full boil. Reduce heat to medium low and boil for a full 3 minutes.

Remove from heat. Add vanilla and salt, stirring to blend.

Pour the syrup in a clean container and cover like a pint jar. Cool completely. It won't last long.
