Bread Pudding

2 ¼ cup milk

2 slightly beaten eggs

2 cups 1-inch day old bread cubes

½ cup brown sugar

½ teaspoon cinnamon

1 teaspoon vanilla

¼ teaspoon salt

½ cup seedless raisins

Combine milk and eggs, brown sugar, cinnamon, vanilla and salt.  Pour over bread and raisins in 8” baking pan.  Bake at 350 degrees about 45 minutes or till knife inserted in center comes out clean.
